Cyber liability claims are on the rise. If your organization has stored patient information or members’ personal information on file, you could experience a security breach that may cost thousands to remedy. Key coverage parts of a Cyber Liability policy includes: Network Security Liability, Privacy Violation, Cyber Extortion, Security Breach Notice, and Crisis Management.

An Accident and Health policy can supplement the gaps in a typical Worker’s Compensation insurance policy, and in many cases, provide benefits that are not available through Worker’s Compensation. Coverage options include the availability of LIFETIME weekly disability benefits. An A&H policy also includes Family Expense Benefits, which reimburses a family member who assists in caring for an injured person confined to a hospital or receiving outpatient care. Such expenses include food, gas, lodging, childcare, and even the family member’s lost wages. There is no waiting period to qualify for this benefit.
This optional rider is available for Provident Accident & Health policyholders in the state of Pennsylvania. It includes a lump sum diagnosis benefit ranging from $2,500-$100,000 that covers many types of cancers typically diagnosed in firefighters. There is no age limit for this benefit.
A 24-Hour AD&D Policy covers all eligible members, whether they are on a call or off-duty, anywhere in the world. This program offers confidential resources and support at any time, day or night, for first responders and their families for issues such as stress management, depression, family conflict, anxiety, grief and loss, relationships, financial and legal, addictions, problem gambling, child and eldercare. FRAP is provided at no charge along with a Provident Accident and Health policy, and is available to purchase with a Provident Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy.
Coverage A of a Worker’s Compensation policy provides wage replacement and medical benefits to employees and volunteers who become injured or ill on the job due to a work-related incident. Coverage B, also known as Employer’s Liability, covers the organization for successful lawsuits brought by the member or employee as a result of employer misconduct. This is not to be confused with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) which is typically offered as part of a Management Liability package policy.
Individual Disability Income Insurance provides financial protection by replacing a portion of your income if you become unable to work due to illness or injury, on or off the job. It helps cover living expenses and maintain your standard of living during periods of disability.
